Delivery Policy

Once the buyer has placed an order through this website a confirmation mail will be sent to his/her e-mail ID specifying the order number, details of the product ordered and mode of payment selected by him/her.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as International orders.

We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days from the time of placing the order.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Our delivery timeline is 4 – 8 working days. International orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days. You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.

We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control. Delivery time is subject to factors like unexpected travel delays from our courier partners / transporters, due to weather conditions and strikes.
• In case there is a delay, please send us an email on support@ceramicdining.com with your order number. Such intimation should be made by the buyer within seven days of the expected date of delivery. If the buyer fails to provide such notification / confirmation of receipt or non-receipt of an item within seven (7) days of expiry of the Delivery time prescribed, it shall be construed as a deemed Delivery in respect of that Transaction and the Transaction Price shall not be refunded in such case.
• In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en-route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the amount completely to you.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, it’s size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Tracking Package Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment / tracking number on the shipping agency’s website which is linked to our website and can be accessed under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
