We at Ceramic Dining ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to high quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. In other words, our Products are not eligible for Returns. Goods once purchased CANNOT be cancelled / returned / replaced. All our Items are “Final Sale.”
The buyer agrees and acknowledges that as the website only offers handcrafted products for sale, the Company cannot guarantee the perfect and exact replication of the final product as ordered by the buyer. The products delivered to the buyer may vary from the product displayed on the website in terms of minor deviations in size, shape and design as the products offered for sale are hand-cut, hand-made, fabricated and hand-painted. However, the Company assures its buyer’s that such deviations do not come out at the expense of quality and such diversion is intrinsic and unavoidable and makes each product in the series unique and, thus, extra valuable.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or if the product is wrongly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order. The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available.
In case of damaged goods, you are requested to email us at email@example.com a photo of the damaged product with your order number, date of transaction and delivery address in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
(i)The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
(ii) Brand packaging should be intact.
(iii) Any product that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not qualify for refund.
(iv) Return charges are payable by Ceramic Dining for Domestic (withinIndia) shipments. For international orders, if the package or the product needs to be returned then the customer has to bear the shipping charges.

For domestic shipments if under any circumstances, we are unable to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on Ceramic Dining.
For returns of shipments outside India, Ceramic Dining will not be paying the return shipping charges. We can offer refund/replacements once products are received back in our warehouse. We strongly recommend you to choose carefully before placing an international order as returns may not be very cost effective.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
The Company will not accept any returns on the orders for products which have been personalized or customized especially as per the requirements/ specifications of the buyer.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned at the store.
Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit, which will reflect in your Ceramic Dining account within 24 working hours from when the product is picked up by our courier partner. However, if you’d like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
