These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Ceramic Dining (“Company”) and you (“Affiliate”) and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:

  • Affiliate must apply for the Ceramic Dining Affiliate Program through the official website.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commissions:

  • Affiliate will earn a commission on each sale generated through their unique referral link.
  • Commission rates will be determined by the Company and are subject to change without any prior notice.

3. Payment:

  • Payments will be made on a monthly basis or a minimum payout basis, within 30 days after the end of the month in which the commission was earned or the minimum payout set by the admin, whichever is later.
  • The minimum payout amount will be determined by the Company and may be adjusted at its discretion.
  • Payment mode can be selected by the Affiliate and includes options such as bank transfer, cheque, or any digital medium as facilitated by the Company.
  • In addition to traditional payment methods, commissions can also be transferred to the Affiliate’s website wallet.
  • The website wallet balance can be utilized by the Affiliate for making purchases on the Ceramic Dining website.
  • The Company may withhold commission payments if Affiliate breaches any terms of this Agreement.

4. Referral Tracking:

  • The Company will provide Affiliate with a unique tracking link to identify sales originating from Affiliate’s marketing efforts.
  • The Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected referrals due to incorrect usage of tracking links.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities:

  • Affiliate agrees to promote Ceramic Dining in a lawful and ethical manner.
  • Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid to the Affiliate.

7. Intellectual Property:

  • Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Company’s logos, trademarks, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting Ceramic Dining.
  • Affiliate shall not modify or alter any Company intellectual property.

8. Confidentiality:

  • Affiliate agrees to keep confidential any non-public information received from the Company, including but not limited to commission rates and marketing strategies.

9. Modification:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Affiliate will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law:

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules.

By enrolling in the Ceramic Dining Affiliate Program, Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
